As every pony, she is the smallest and smartest. At the moment, she is employed as a governess of our youngest offspring (from the human world - of Johanka, from the horse world - of Filipa). She teaches both of them how to behave with sufficient emphasis. She is a leading mare of the whole herd.

The youngest mare in the stable. Very smart and well-behaved. For her mini-age also much-travelled. In Germany she was awarded a special prize, she won the show of colts of Westphalia and represented successfully in the National Championship of colts in Lingen. She is a small and beautiful resourceful horse. And now from the stage back to the paddock to enjoy childhood!

He is able to store all exercises in his memory during several minutes and manage these exercises easily afterwards. He is very ambitious and bears any failure with difficulty. He likes working and never hatches up any shabby trick, let alone to get a fright! It would be beneath him. He is completely reliable, also while racing. He won the Young Horses Criteria (KMK) of five-year-old and six-year-old horses, 2009 has won the final of CDP - Novice Cup.2010 many winners and placements up to IM1.

With his height - a mammoth, with his heart and thinking - a small Mozart. Such horse is a delight to ride. He learns even before the lesson starts, and he likes doing it very much. He is an element. He loves moving, working, fun. For his age he is very disciplined and is not afraid of anything. He likes eating very much. His further specialty is textile production - he is always able to do beautiful bandages from any blanket, everything in five minutes. Next year, he will have the first competition season. So, put up a good show, Bimbo!

Our secret, well, already rather public love. We are fond of Bůček and he knows it very well. He needs too much care and physical contact that he requires all the time. Even five stablers would not be enough for him. To comb his hairs, to tidy his tail, to arrange his ears... it is not easy to satisfy him. He is a workaholic. He works all the time and everywhere. However, he thinks that he always does everything correctly, so sometimes it is not easy to explain the opposite to him.

Íza is a young, intelligent and very self-assured lady. As she is looking directly at the feeding place, she is keeping an eye out for the exact time of feeding and doses of feed for everybody very much. In case of any discrepancy she makes her feeling clear properly - by liquidating her box.

Luxurious ballerina borned for international rectangles. Ideal exteriour in one hand with outstanding character of the mare, ridebility and permeability. Loreen is a type of mare which every rider, or later breeder, dream about. Last year she won hannoverian elite mare exhibition. Price upon request.

He enjoys his premature, but well-deserved pension. He is a talisman of DS Pelikán who put their owners together, and so he is receiving a 5-star rent. He is completely happy and very important. Finally, he found self-consciousness he was looking for during his whole sports career.

So kind, nice and comfortable, even to say sofa mare will perhaps never be born again. Every rider must be enthusiastic about her. She is hard-working and very reliable. She participated in all races, except for one snag with a green tablecloth, by summoning up all her strength. She is also a big joker, especially when being loaded in the early morning. She likes playing tag, very energetically.For her age she has already a rich sports career. Twice the vice-champion of the Young Horses Criteria (KMK), always declared as the best horse of the Czech breeding, the champion and vice-champion of the republic, the winner of the FEI test.

After he enters the hall, you can tell already from his chemical smell who is behind the corner. Otherwise, he is a very talented dressage small horse who makes everybody happy.

One of the Christmas gifts nearly everybody would like to find below the Christmas tree. Kardoš is a total darling and „toady". He has excellent mechanics of movement about which, however, not every rider is enthusiastic. „One cannot sit on him when exercising that prolonged trot," we can hear all the time here. The only advice is: „The rocking horse is available everywhere, but Kardoš is unique!"

WE WILL MAKE EYES OF CHILDREN SHINE!

We fulfil our dreams, not only sports ones. From the moment when we settled down in Všetice, we can finally realize fully the project being prepared for a long time that is absolute »pro bono« and really helps make eyes of children shine.

The project consists in providing the sports and interest programme to children within state institutions they attend regularly (primary schools, kindergartens, etc.). We realize that the financial possibilities of just kindergartens and primary schools are permanently limited, and therefore regular visits of interest programmes for ensuring healthy physiological and psychical development of children is considerably limited.

ROZSVÍTÍME OČI DĚTEM The programme itself consists of three mutually related activities. In the first case, it concerns understanding the horse as a live being. The first contact of a man with a horse is accompanied by ambivalent feelings, the most often by a mixture of fear and admiration, refusal and desire. As experience is growing, fear disappears gradually, admiration and desire are increasing. In this phase, children listen to the explanation and at the same time they improve all their knowledge by practice (cleaning a horse, feeding a horse, guiding a horse, physiology and needs of a horse). In the second part, children learn, in the form of games and quizzes, something about the social environment of the horse world. For example, the length of the horse’s life, the number of teeth, the mare’s pregnancy, the horse’s development, the relation of the horse and the rider. Understanding the structure and personality of the horse is the basis for the long-term harmonic relation. Of course, the same also applies to interpersonal relations, and just this is the target of the second third. The last third is focused on riding horses. In this phase, the horse is not only an animal for children any more on which they will ride, but a friend accompanying them. The first ride provides strong emotional experience. Shining eyes, smiles, sometimes also slight respect, but always some experience. Also from the perspective of simple psychological description it is certain that already the size of the horse and the possibility to ride and control an animal weighing half a tone provides the idea as well as the feeling of power. The fact that the horse is reserved towards humans and does not try to win their favour by force encourages the child’s activity. On the other hand, the horse reacts defensively to inadequate stimulations, whereby it is a source of corrective experience without being suspected of vindictiveness or malicious intent. These characteristics of the horse support motivation, self-confidence and activities of children. The horse is the individuality in itself, it is a sensitive creature reflecting changes in emotions of children. Hereby the horse influences and regulates the child’s behaviour and affectivity with the feedback. Then the child learns, in a consequence of unambiguousness of the horse’s reactions, natural consequences of his or her behaviour without feeling to be punished.

In 2008, we established cooperation with the Primary School Neveklov and after conducting the programme gradually for all classes of the first level we feel that it is enjoyed and brings real values for all parties involved, i.e. children, teachers, us. The project is a long-term project and we ourselves will actively search for state institutions which we will try to provide help to. For people who do not feel well in classic hotels located in the heart of tourist centres, but at the same time want to get to know well the country visited, culture, monuments and local inhabitants. Všetice is only 40 kilometres far away from the capital city, and so you can get to know this wonderful historical town in detail. You can be accommodated in a quiet and private place and at the same time take a look round one of the most beautiful places in Europe with preserved architecture and monuments whose origin goes back to the 10th century.

Manoir is a part of the yard dealing professionally with horse dressage. It is owned by Hanka and Tomáš Vášárys running the sports club DS (Dressage Stable) Pelikán here. The municipality of Všetice is situated nearly in the bosom of nature and it is a part of the Benešov upland with the boundaries of the rivers of Vltava and Sázava. In its neighbourhood, there are several interesting stately homes (for example, the former seat of Ferdinand d´Este Konopiště) and preserved ancient castles (for example, Český Šternberk). Some other places are also worth visiting: the Slapy dam (indoor swimming pools and relaxation centre), the natural museum „Zlaté baně“ in Jílové near Prague and, of course, we must not forget the capital city itself. Lovers of water sports can go by boat in some section of the river of Sázava.

Either you arrive for a weekend or week, certainly you will not be bored. We will be glad to advise you how to have an interesting stay and what is worth seeing in Prague or the Czech Republic. We will tailor-made the programme for you, exactly according to your ideas. You will make yourself understood with us in English and German. We will ensure a car for you, transport from the airport or also other services so that you feel comfortably and well with us.
